International CurrencyInternational Ordering
All our prices are in UK pounds sterling. If you need to convert prices to your own currency, please use this currency converter website. We also post worldwide - just let us know if you are having any trouble ordering and we'll be in touch as soon as we can.

Postage OptionsOur Postage Options
We post all orders placed before 10am the same day, and we post worldwide!

IN THE UK
There are two postage options:
First Class Recorded Post costs £2.50. Your order should arrive within 2 working days of being posted, although unfortunately we can't guarantee delivery dates.

Orders over £100 are posted free by Next Day Delivery (but orders over £100 must be paid for using PayPal or direct bank transfer).

IN EUROPE
We use International Recorded post, which costs £5. Your order should arrive within four working days of being posted, although unfortunately we can't guarantee delivery dates.

Orders over £100 are posted free by International Recorded post.

WORLDWIDE
We use International Recorded post, which costs £7. Your order should arrive within five working days of being posted, although unfortunately we can't guarantee delivery dates.

Orders over £100 are posted free by International Recorded post.

OTHER OPTIONS
If you'd prefer us to send your order by non-recorded first class post, wherever you are in the world, please let us know. If you choose to do this we can't be held responsible for missing parcels, so think carefully before you do this!

Please note we can't deliver to PO Box addresses.

GiftwrappingGiftwrapping
All Cat Davison Jewellery comes individually wrapped in our special powder blue tissue paper in our bespoke boxes. Items too large to be boxed are wrapped in the tissue paper and stickers.

If you need to be able to tell what's in the wrapped boxes, please let us know. We'll mark discreetly on the outside of each box what is inside!

Credit CardsWhere is my order?
If your order has not arrived, please email us. Tell us your order number and we'll track your parcel via the Royal Mail website and let you know the tracking number too. Please allow a reasonable time for your order to arrive before contacting us, and we'll try to be as helpful as possible!

Paying OnlinePaying Online
We are in the middle of setting up a shopping cart which will accept American Express, Mastercard, Solo, Switch/Maestro, Visa, Visa Electron and Visa Delta.

Our site will be fully secure - we are going to use a leading card processing company and your card details will never visible to a human being.

BY CHEQUE
Please make your cheque payable to Cat Davison, and include postage costs (see above). Your cheque must be made out in UK Pounds Sterling. Send a note of your order, your name, address, phone number and email address, and your cheque, to: Cat Davison Jewellery, 118 Petherton Road, London, N5 2RT, England.

BY PAYPAL
We can send you a Paypal money request. Please email us with your Paypal email address, your order, your name, address and phone number. You will then receive an email telling you how to pay.

OVER THE PHONE
Just call us on 0207 683 2120 (Mon to Fri, 10am - 5pm).

blue dropCaring For Your Jewellery
Jewellery can be fragile so always keep your piece of Cat Davison Jewellery in its box when you're not wearing it. Try not to wear perfume on your neck with a necklace, or on your wrists with a bracelet, as this will discolour any metal parts. Also, don't get your jewellery wet if you can help it!

For our real silver chains on our necklaces, you can keep the silver shiny by using a silver dip. This is available at most large supermarkets. Clean the silver little and regularly to keep things sparkly! We can usually replace discoloured chains for a small charge, just contact us.

ReturnsReturns - Online Purchases
We will refund or exchange unworn items returned in the same condition as they were sent within 28 days of delivery, except for postage costs. We cannot refund or exchange earrings, for hygiene reasons, or any personalised jewllery. So please choose carefully before you order these!

We will refund or exchange any faulty item within 28 days of delivery, including postage costs. Send the goods, your receipt and a note of your full name and address and telephone number to Cat Davison Jewellery, 118 Petherton Road, London, N5 2RT, England.

After 28 days, if an item is faulty and you return it to us within 6 months, we will offer you a repair or, if we can't repair it, a replacement. If the item is not in stock we will offer you an exchange, credit note or refund (if you have had significant wear from the item, this may be for less than the original price).

If you are returning something to us please wrap it carefully and securely in its box in a well-sealed padded envelope.

RepairsRepairs - Online Purchases
Yes, we usually can! We make a small charge for any repairs (usually just a few pounds), plus postage costs. Call or email us to find out if we can fix it, then send the broken item to Cat Davison Jewellery, 118 Petherton Road, London, N5 2RT, England with a note of your name, address and phone number. You can pay by cheque, made payable to Cat Davison, or we can phone you for your card details.

If you are returning something to us please wrap it carefully and securely in its box in a well-sealed padded envelope.
