For six years I worked as a journalist on a number of newspapers from La Paz to Bristol. I juggled being a staff writer, art director, photographer and editor alongside writing articles on art and culture, food and drink and travel and nightlife.
At university I was nominated Best Student Critic by The Guardian in their annual Student Media Awards, and I continue to write art and design features for Metro newspaper, Computer Arts Magazine and Amelia's Magazine.
I completed a successful internship at the design desk of The Guardian and The Observer this Easter - working on various graphics and world maps - and now write a fortnightly column for The Guardian website, How To Make. See my recent posts below...
