A manual given to home-owners of luxury developments built next to Melbourne’s Botanic Gardens. The manual was given an organic, textured feel and retro sensibility through hand-drawn illustrations and hand-made sculptures, carefully considered type and occasional spots of screen-printed varnish.
The swirling graphic on the folder and the slipcase is the outline of the Yarra River which encircles the development; while the manner in which these graphics overlap each other represents the canopy of trees around the estate.
