Magazine Re-Design

I wanted to give an old and tired textile magazine a hip, young and fresh new look. Stitched-text was incorporated to add a craft-like feel, and used to consolidate grid-structure.

Each page is connected to the next by a stitched orange line, which reinforces continuity of the style and alludes to the progressive and creative nature of stitching itself. The idea is: since the stitching never stops, nor will the quality, or run, of the magazine.

A promotional set of bangles made from knitting needles would be given away with the first edition.
